So I created them.
I created The Level-Up Club because I know how lonely and intimidating traditional networking events can feel. Too often, they’re stiff, corporate, and don’t leave space for real conversations. I wanted to build something different – a supportive, inspiring space where women can:

The Level-Up Club – a female community and event series designed to bring ambitious women in business together and help them feel empowered, educated and inspired.
From masterclasses and guest speakers to casual business lunches and creative workshops, every event is designed to be uplifting, practical, and full of opportunities to collaborate.
The Level-Up Club is more than networking – it’s about learning, connecting and celebrating women in business, together.
The Level-Up Club started with two simple thoughts:
Why did I always have to travel to Leeds, Manchester or London to experience the kind of business events I actually wanted to go to?
And where/who can I learn from to really LEVEL-UP in my business?
I’d been to plenty of traditional networking events and, honestly, I often left feeling uninspired, bored and like an even smaller fish in a very big corporate pond.
I wanted something different.
I wanted to walk into a room and think these are my people.
A room full of ambitious women who were building businesses they were proud of. Women who wanted to learn from each other, ask questions, share what’s actually working and celebrate each other’s wins.
So I stopped waiting for someone else to create it.
I created The Level-Up Club.

The Level-Up Club was born in Hull because I believe women here deserve access to the same exciting, inspiring business experiences happening in bigger cities.
I want to put Hull and East Yorkshire on the map for female entrepreneurship.
I want women to stop thinking they need to travel elsewhere to find their people.
And I want to build a community where women actively help each other move forward.
Because I genuinely believe that one conversation can change a business.
