The Level-Up Club Christmas Party was all about bringing women in business together to evaluate the year, plan ahead, celebrate what we’ve achieved and have a bloody good night doing it.

I’m Kate - a Hull girl, mum and founder of Absorb Studios - and I created The Level-Up Club because I wanted business events here to feel different.

We had cocktails, festive food, networking bingo, music, games and plenty of sparkle - alongside an amazing session with Emily Rose, who shared her advice on scaling a business.

There was lots of laughing, lots of meeting new people and, of course, a few business conversations happening between the cocktails. 😂

Whether you came on your own, came with your team or knew half the room already, I wanted everyone to feel like they belonged.

And seeing women who had never met before chatting, connecting and leaving with new friendships and ideas is exactly why I keep doing this.

Thank you to every woman who came, supported the event and helped make the Level-Up Club what it is becoming.
