The Level Up Club Vision Board Night

A night of vision boards, big goals and even bigger energy

Last week, I hosted our Level-Up Club Vision Board Night at the gorgeous Monocle building and honestly, I’m still smiling about it.

As a Hull mum and owner of Absorb Studios, creating events like this means so much to me. The Level-Up Club was built from a simple idea: women should connect instead of compare. We need a space where we actually LEARN about business, how to LEVEL-UP in business and networking directly with women to champion.

And that’s exactly what this night was.

With wine flowing (and 0% options for our Dry January babes), plenty of pizza and treats, tables full of magazines and moodboard materials, we spent the evening getting clear on what we want from 2026.

There was lots of chatting - obviously - but we also made space to slow down. Our breathwork session with Paige helped everyone settle in, switch off from the busy day-to-day and focus on the intentions they wanted to bring into the year ahead.

We were also joined by the brilliant Ellis Wyville from Pretty Lavish, who shared her insight into email marketing. It was such a valuable talk showing what big companies use for their emails and what content is best to use.

Whether the women in the room were mapping out their next six months in business, visualising a career change or focusing on personal goals, there was a real sense of ambition and support in the room. No pressure to have it all figured out - just encouragement to dream a little bigger and take the next step.

Thank you to every woman who came along, created, shared and brought such lovely energy to the evening. This is why I started The Level-Up Club, and I cannot wait for what’s next!
